Record troubleshooting results, fault trees, code analysis, and materials used in the CMMS; determine spare part needs and manage parts retrieval to minimize delays. Set priorities with operations, support and coordinate external service providers during maintenance activities, and contribute to installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment. Mentor less experienced technicians, maintain accurate maintenance documentation, perform periodic checks and LOTO activities, and ensure all work follows safety, compliance, and GMP standards.
